  Service was relatively quick with an appointment. X-ray performed with no clear indication of problem. Resolution was the same for possible problems. MRI suggested and declined. I felt as I had to direct the conversation on my issue.
  
  Received an invoice by mail for payment in additional to the amount paid at time of visit. Will not be returning to this office.
