  I left a USPS package with the store around 5:30 PM one evening last week and forgot to ask when it would be picked up. By 1PM the next day, I noticed from the tracking information, it had not been picked up. I called the store and was placed on hold for a very long extended time. Finally when a lady came back, she seemed miffed and was very short with me. I was patient and polite while asking about my package. She retorted that it will be picked up sometime soon. It was and I am happy about that.
  
  I called again this morning to ask about printing prices and I think I had the same lady and she was much better with handling my inquiry.
  
  It is wonderful to have the UPS store in Lake Wales.
